Summary of Military and Overseas Citizen Voting Project

PCS’s Military and Overseas Citizen Voting Project is one of seven MVW initiatives underway to improve U.S. elections.  Specifically, the Military and Overseas Citizen Voting Project addresses the complex process facing military and overseas citizens attempting to register to vote and cast their absentee ballots.  This summary highlights challenges that these voters currently face and offers solutions.
